We are very proud to share the arche experience and the original designs of our collections with you.

We make every effort to ensure your complete satisfaction, but if you wish to return some or all of the items that you have ordered please follow the procedure described below.

We will inform you of the progress of your return and any associated refund process, we will be delighted to welcome you again to the arche.com website.


return conditions

To be approved and accepted, all returns for exchange or refund must comply with the criteria provided below.

If you wish to return all or part of your order you may do this within 14 working days of receiving.

The items must be returned in their original packaging, complete (box, instructions, accessories, etc.), new, and unused to the return address, accompanied with the completed return confirmation received by mail.

As shipping fees and any potential risks of the return remain at the customer's charge and sole responsibility, we suggest to sent the returned item(s) by registered post with tracking. Keep a copy of the proof of dispatch.

arche reserves the right to refuse any returns that so not satisfy these conditions.


on-line return

For a rapid on-line return procedure:

  • Log-in to "your account" then on the left board, click on “my returns”
  • Click on "request a return" and select the order concerned
  • Carefully complete the "return application" form
  • Once your application is confirmed, you will receive a summary return slip by mail which we ask you to print
  • Return the item to its original packaging, along with everything that was included with it and the return summary. Without this return confirmation received by mail, we would not be unable to process your return.

No returns, exchanges or refunds involving items purchased on-line will be accepted and dealt with by any of our shops.

Do not forget to include the fully completed return form that you would have received by email.

After reception of the package, once the Company has checked and accepted that the conditions have been satisfied, the Company will then refund the invoice price of the items and shipping fees for the delivery only (return shipping fees not included) if so, using the same payment method as that originally used for to pay the order. The account will be credited within 14 working days on whichever of the following dates occurs first:  the reception date of the return.

For partial returns or returns for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, hidden defect, the shipping costs for the return will remain at your charge.

We cannot refund any incomplete returns or worn, dirty or damaged items.

If you have decided that wish to exchange the item you wish to return, please follow the procedure described above for the return and refund of an item, then make a new order by going to "your account" for the item you wish to receive as a replacement.

We will inform you as soon as your new order has been despatched.
